Our principal is Tony Rackham who has over 25 years experience operating in a Sales & Marketing environment.

His early career was predominantly in the 'fmcg' arena and since then he has operated in both 'B2B' and 'B2C' where he has obtained first hand experience in most aspects of developing both large and small companies.

Operating at Board Level as Sales & Marketing Director his experience extends across Business takeovers, Mergers, Re-organisations and his greatest successes have tended to come in situations where others have found it difficult to manage or see a way forward.
